Bought to the UK by Ross Sport is 2006, the JM Fabrications unit has become the definitive upgrade for users wanting the ultimate performance from standard frame Evo 4-9 turbos, Several revisions have taken place to keep this product the best performing on the market.
This exact manifold has been used to great effect on the Ross Sport 2014 championship winning Class B sprit car, as well as on our in house demo Evo 8 producing over 580bhp with the Ross Sport / Owen Developments HPB-IX Ultimate Hybrid Turbo.
Made from thick walled large bore 304 stainless steel tubing, this unit is an exact replacement for the stock unit and no other modifications are required to fit. Features near equal length runners with multi-pass TIG welded joints. All flanges are CNC machined from 304 stainless steel and surfaced to ensure a leak free seal. The head flange is one of a kind, it starts from 3/4" thick billet stainless and is machined then 3D contoured to produce a smooth tall transition from the runner diameter to the port shape, unlike our competitors where the transition takes place quickly with less than 1/2". The ports are gasket matched and smoothed to perfection for the best of flow!
Power gains can be expected throughout the entire RPM band. Just by bolting this manifold on to a stock turbo you can see 25hp gains, or more with larger FP or Ross Sport Series stock framed turbos.
Install Tip: Move the studs in the turbine housing from the front holes to the rear holes for an easier installation.
