DriveShaft Shop: LAMBORGHINI Gallardo 2004-2005 Rear Axle Bar / Outer CV and Inner CV Internal Upgrade
The Rear Axle Bar and Inner CV upgrade capable of 1000HP for the 2004-2005 Gallardo is now available. We have developed a set of axle bars, inner and outer CV upgrade, using our 36 spline high grade aircraft quality bars (stock axle bars are 28 spline) with our Pro-Level outer CV and a custom chromoly CV cage and race set for the inner CV, that makes these axles practically indestructible. The early factory Gallardo outer CV housing is made from a very strong material, but the spline into the hub is too small to support increased horsepower. We will change the outers to our heavy duty 33 spline Level 5 outers, broach the spline on your factory hub to this larger spline, and upgrade the factory inner CV housings with full aerospace grade internals.
