Our quest to constantly test, improve, and refine our kits has led to us to being able to offer the ultimate in quality, performance & reliability. The latest offering is the acclaimed range of Garrett GTX Gen2 turbos incorporated in to our existing ultra high performance set up


The new upgrades enhance a range of turbo sizes, and starts with fully machined wheels using state-of-the art aerodynamic tools and processes derived from Honeywell Aerospace which develops jet engines and produces some of the most efficient wheels in the industry.

In addition to the newly designed aerodynamics, the next generation of GTX turbos comes with a machined speed sensor port (Garrett speed sensor sold separately) to support tuning and data acquisition and save time and money during installation. It also eliminates additional handling and drilling by a third party which could inadvertently damage the turbo or negatively affect its calibrated performance.

Standard features of the Garrett GTX Series Gen II lineup include water-cooled center housing rotating assemblies, ceramic ball bearings for additional responsiveness, new high-flow compressor housings, a fully machined compressor housing inlet, ported shroud, and outlet, and several options for turbine housings to ensure proper installation.

Our V-Band turbo systems are designed to be a direct fit to Evo 4-9 with no other modifications needed. They are based around the highly acclaimed Tial SS double v-band turbine housing. The use of the V-band system allows leak free & convenient gasket-less seals between all mating surfaces.
The V-band aspect also allows easy swapping of turbo chargers for different applications, eg. sprint and drag set ups. To remove the turbo charger, it is simply two v-band clamps and fluid lines.

All systems include:

  • JMF/Ross Sport V-Band Exhaust manifold incorporating high flow investment cast collector, multi-pass TIG welded joints, and CNC machined 1/2" thick 304 stainless steel flanges. The ports are gasket matched and smoothed to perfection for the best of flow and each flange is surfaced for a leak free seal.
  • Compatible with full size radiator, OEM radiator hose, and fans.
  • Tial Sport Cast Stainless Steel Turbine housing
  • O2 housing that is Air Conditioning compatible
  • Owen Developments built Garrett based HTA turbo charger available in standard or race spec. (Please choose options above)

  • Turbosmart 46mm wastegate (1 bar springs)
